Kjempeflott hotell med super utsikt ☺Utrolig flott beliggenhet, med fantastisk utsikt over gamlebyen. Veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme ansatte. Flott turopplegg til Otavalo. Nydelig frokost i restauranten øverst i bygget med samme fantastiske utsikt. Rommet lå vendt mot rolig bakgård, og vi kunne lufte hele natta, og samtidig sove godt. Noen av de beste sengene jeg har ligget i. Bildet jeg har lastet opp er ikke fra lobbyen, men fra frokostrommet. ☹Ingenting. Helt supert hotell. Det ligger på høyden, så dersom on går opp fra gamlebyen må at være forberedt på å gå in the høydemetre i bakker og trapper.. men om det er et problem koster det bare 2-3$ med taxi fra gamlebyen. Vi likte godt den ekstra trimmen det var å gå opp😊

Beautiful, quaint, cosy property with very helpful staff. ☺ The breakfast was excellent along with the very helpful staff. ☹ The cost was a little overpriced and the room was subject to street noise.

このホテルに訪れる為にキトに訪れる価値がある。 ☺スタッフ、設備、食事、景観、静粛さ全てが最高。何も不満はない。 ☹街の中心部からは遠く、坂も多いので、タクシーがあったほうが良い。ただその分、景観や静粛さが素晴らしい。

Great place to stay! ☺ ROOM: The room was located on the courtyard side and it was very quiet. The room stayed nice and warm, but there was a heater provided if needed. The bed was comfortable and good sized. The linens were comfortable and cute. The shower is a bit small, but they have added a multi-head system. They provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a hair dryer. The sink had liquid soap, which was appreciated. There were several lighting options. It was nice to have a window to open. Cleaning was offered and responsive. HOTEL STAFF: Very friendly and so accommodating. They helped carry luggage. Gave a detailed presentation in the room. The water was not heating up and they fixed it quickly. We had laundry washed and they took care of everything. Helpful to have some English. They called us taxis when needed. VIEW: The view of the city was great from several different parts of the hotel. Our view was of the courtyard and was clean and tidy. BREAKFAST: The restaurant staff were kind, helpful and great. The presentation of the food was lovely. The fruit was fresh and had a great selection. The granola was not the cheap stuff, it was the better mix. The breads were fresh and offered a great variety. Decision were fresh and tasty. There were several types of coffee available. ☹ BREAKFAST: These are simply suggestions, NOT complaints. Maybe invest in some larger and better coffee mugs to hold a bit more and keep the contents warmer longer. Maybe have the staff check on filling the coffee more often. Our friend is a Vegan, maybe have a few other options than eggs, maybe tofu. Not sure of a good way to address this, but I wanted to do a little exercise in the morning, climb the steps a few times in the courtyard, but the door was locked. It was early, 5:30, so I completely understand, just something to consider. ROOM: Maybe invest in the better quality towels and wash clothes. Maybe add one more type of pillow.
